Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, rating outputs, and explaining flaws. You’ll work remotely on your own schedule, with opportunities across multiple projects.

Contributors can work from home or while traveling; flexible hours and up to $15/hr. Paid weekly and offer incentives as projects vary, helping improve AI in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Ranking AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
