Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off—remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of the observed issues.
