Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write precise explanations in English about what was off or improved.

Remote work allows you to set your hours while contributing to cutting-edge AI research. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
