Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work on a flexible schedule from home, with pay up to $15 per hour and additional incentives. Responsibilities include rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable deciding between options with flaws in a realistic setting.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was off and why.
