Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs for adherence, quality and realism, write clear explanations, and help improve AI systems. This is a 1099 freelance, remote opportunity with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.
• Nice to have ongoing or completed Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting distortions, flickering, text or audio misalignments.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing targeted explanations.
