Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Specialist (Overlay) to lead go-to-market for AI Products. You will partner with Account Executives to win large, complex accounts and drive value from AI-driven automation.

You’ll operate in a specialist/overlay team, reporting to a Sales Director, with incentives tied to quarterly product sales and collaboration across the mainline AE team. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex, full-cycle Enterprise sales.
• 2+ years of direct experience selling in AI-based commercial models.
• Proven Track Record: quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $500k+ ARR.
• Deal Complexity: navigating 6- and 7-figure deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial Agility: experience selling 'Version 1.0' products.

Responsibilities

• Architect deals aligning Samsara’s AI Products value with customer use cases to maximize ROI.
• Co-develop new product pipeline with ADRs/AEs across AI-ready accounts.
• Drive high-touch pilot strategy and success metrics for early adoption.
• Partner with GTM and Product to feed back insights and shape roadmap.
• Build scalable frameworks and assets across the sales org.
