Usersnap is a brand within saas.group seeking an AI Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a small engineering team, defining technical direction and delivering AI-powered features with production quality. The role combines hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and team coordination, reporting to leadership while partnering with Product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and proven AI feature delivery.
• Hands-on technical leadership with delivery responsibility for a small team.
• Strong fullstack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infra.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI tooling in live systems.

Responsibilities

• Own team coordination, delivery timelines, workload allocation, and project follow-through.
• Break down ambiguous goals, align with Product, and ensure commitments are met.
• Provide clear technical feedback in code reviews and design discussions.
• Grow team capability with AI tooling to improve speed and quality.
• Design, build, and ship AI-powered features end-to-end with production readiness.
• Partner with Product and leadership on technical planning, resourcing, and sequencing.
