Usersnap, part of saas.group, is hiring a lead software engineer to guide a small team and own delivery of AI-powered features.

You will work remotely with a product-focused squad, mentor engineers, and partner with Product to keep complex initiatives on track. Candidates bring 7+ years in software engineering with production AI experience and hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, SQL, and fullstack fundamentals.

• Delivery discipline with direct, motivating feedback.

Responsibilities
