Job summary

TeamFicient is seeking an AI Engineer to build our conversational AI stack for outbound voice, chatbot, and call-audit systems. You will own end-to-end execution on a solo, fixed-scope engagement, with RFQ submission including approach, timeline, and cost.

Remote work is allowed with flexible hours across EST/CST/PST, spanning multiple regions. You will collaborate minimally with IT touchpoints, while maintaining strict data-security standards for call data and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience building conversational AI systems on an LLM platform.
• Experience with audio transcription and speech-based AI pipelines.
• CRM/telephony API integration experience (GoHighLevel or comparable).
• Strong understanding of data security/restricted-access handling for call recordings.

Responsibilities

• Design and build outbound voice and chat systems for sales and support.
• Create knowledge-base structures and update processes for the chatbot.
• Transcribe and evaluate calls, scoring tone, sentiment, and professionalism.
• Integrate outcomes, transcripts, and summaries with CRM systems.
• Design for portability across telephony providers and future deployments.
