Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice solutions with responsible use of AI.
• Integrate and fine-tune various LLMs to enhance voice bots.
• Architect and maintain scalable cloud-based services and APIs for real-time voice interactions.
• Use enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and drive CI/CD in engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs for generative AI agents.
• Evaluate trends in conversational AI and LLM tech to inform design and innovation.
• Monitor and optimize voice bot performance for high accuracy and efficient routing.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible AI.
