Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking analytical individuals in the United States for a role focused on training AI chatbots. You will write responses, evaluate models, and manage various projects on a flexible schedule.

This is a remote, independent contractor position that allows you to choose your projects, starting at $20+ per hour, with a bonus possibility of $28 per hour for exceptional work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Experience managing small business communications, preferably self-employed.

Responsibilities

• Develop diverse conversations over a range of topics.
• Write high-quality responses to specific prompts.
• Evaluate performance across different AI models.
• Research and fact-check AI responses.
