Job summary

TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chatbot Developer for a 9-month contract, fully remote within the USA.

Responsibilities include end-to-end chatbot development, architecture migration toward Microsoft Foundry and Agents 365, and enterprise integration with MuleSoft, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce. The candidate should have deep Microsoft conversational experience, strong backend skills in C#/JavaScript, and a track record of deploying scalable conversational AI solutions in enterprise

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development focused on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.
• Deep hands-on with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and related tooling.
• Strong backend skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript plus frontend basics for web chat styling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents end-to-end.
• Migration and architecture work toward Foundry and Agents 365 Azure SDK.
• Design robust API integrations using MuleSoft to connect backend systems (PeopleSoft, Salesforce).
• Manage omnichannel dialogs with Adaptive Cards, and orchestrate flows across channels.
• Implement live chat escalations and票 routing via Salesforce APIs; optimize with analytics.
