Portless is transforming e-commerce logistics with AI. We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent systems that automate and optimise supply-chain operations at scale.

This full-time, remote role offers the chance to work across ML models, LLMs, computer vision and analytics, with approximately 6 hours overlap with Eastern Time. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models for logistics and e-commerce use cases.
• Work with LLMs, computer vision and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI-powered features.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
