Job summary

Jobgether is seeking to join an innovative AI engineering team building AI solutions for US government agencies and mission-critical public sector applications. You will design, build, and deploy generative and predictive AI capabilities addressing complex operational challenges and supporting high-impact government missions.

You will work with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and predictive ML, turning ambitious ideas into practical, secure, and scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Strong Python programming and practical AI application development.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, structured outputs, and embedding models.
• Experience building AI prototypes and UIs with Flask or Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered applications for US government customers.
• Create generative and predictive AI capabilities using LLMs, ML, and intelligent workflows.
• Build rapid prototypes to validate approaches and accelerate adoption.
• Develop agentic workflows and AI orchestration patterns.
• Create user-facing interfaces with Flask or Streamlit.
• Integrate AI with APIs, databases, and retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
