Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Generative AI Learning Solutions Architect to support our Global Government customers. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, AWS services, and experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions for government use cases.

The candidate will collaborate with senior engineers and field SAs, developing white papers, reference implementations, and field enablement materials to help customers leverage AWS AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or internet industries.
• 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 2+ years experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and related technologies.
• 2+ years experience developing AI models in real-world environments and integrating AI/ML and other AWS services into large-scale production applications.

Responsibilities

• Design generative AI solutions that leverage AWS services to automate solutions and drive down costs for customers.
• Work with Specialist SAs to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive adoption of AI platforms.
• Develop field enablement materials for the broader SA population and create reference implementations.
