Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering. You will own end-to-end AI platforms across data, models, and governance, delivering scalable, auditable AI-enabled care solutions in a remote full-time role.

The position requires 4+ years of software or systems architecture experience, hands-on work with LLMs, and cloud-native deployment. You will collaborate with diverse teams and help advance Sharecare's AI roadmap in healthcare domains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, Data Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying ML models and AI-driven applications.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, recommendations, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop data pipelines supporting training, evaluation, and deployment.
