Job summary

Samsara is seeking an embedded AI Engineer in its Commercial Customer Success team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production AI agents that power customer interactions. You’ll integrate with Salesforce and other CS tools, write clean Python, and own the lifecycle from prototype to production at scale.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, a growth mindset, and a track record in a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
• Proficiency in Python and integrating AI with external systems (CRMs, APIs, CS tools).
• Ability to define success criteria and evaluation frameworks before coding.

Responsibilities

• Design agent architectures and write prompts for production agents.
• Test frameworks and automate real-world scenarios and edge cases.
• Own deployment, versioning, and rollback plans for agents.
