Job summary

Samsara is seeking an embedded AI Engineer in Customer Success to design, build, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions that power our customer-facing operations. You will own the full lifecycle from prompts to production and continuously improve agents as the product evolves.

With 3+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on work with LLMs, you will collaborate with the Commercial Customer Success team, integrate with external systems like Salesforce, and drive measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical experience, with at least 1 year hands-on with LLMs or AI agents in production.
• Experience working with Customer Success or Revenue Operations workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions powering customer success.
• Own deployment, versioning, and rollback for every agent and ensure production-readiness.
• Monitor agent performance and iterate based on real-world data and product evolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to understand workflows and pain points.
