Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft AI Engineer to support North America with the development, integration and implementation of AI agents. You will translate customer needs into practical solutions, contribute to proof-of-concepts and guide stakeholders on how Microsoft technologies deliver AI outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and partners, creating quick prototypes, and providing guidance on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Microsoft technologies with strong knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI agent technologies.
• Some development skills to create quick prototypes or support proof-of-concept work.
• Understanding of AI agent development and integration; ability to discuss AI agent solutions.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support partners, internal teams and end customers across North America with the development and integration of AI agents.
• Contribute to proof of concepts, demos and quick developments showing AI agents address customer challenges.
• Engage in customer and partner discussions to understand business needs and define implementation approaches.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies including Copilot and related AI capabilities.
• Help partners identify AI agent use cases and translate into practical, commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and vendor teams to support AI opportunities and engagements.
• Share knowledge and best practices around emerging AI agent topics with teams and partners.
• Explain technical concepts clearly in customer-facing conversations.
• Maintain awareness of developments in Microsoft AI technologies and security considerations.
