Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Microsoft AI Engineer to support North America with the development, integration and implementation of AI agents across partners, internal teams and customers.

You will translate customer needs into practical AI solutions, contribute to proofs of concept, and guide stakeholders on Microsoft technologies such as Copilot and Copilot Studio. This is a fully remote role with potential travel to Arrow offices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI agent technologies.
• Willingness to obtain Microsoft Frontier Transformation Engineer certification.
• Ability to discuss and translate customer needs into AI agent solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across different countries and functions.
• Comfort with non-developer aspects of AI agent development.

Responsibilities

• Support North America with development and integration of AI agents.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, demos and rapid developments for AI agents.
• Engage with customers/partners to define practical AI implementation approaches.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams and vendors on AI opportunities.
• Share best practices and learnings on emerging AI agent topics.
