Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft AI Engineer – CCoE, NA to support partners and customers across North America in AI agent development and integration. You will translate needs into practical solutions, participate in proofs of concept, and guide stakeholders on Microsoft technologies like Copilot and Copilot Studio.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, technical teams and customers, with a remote-first setup and travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar AI agent technologies is required.
Strong Microsoft knowledge preferred; willingness/ability to obtain certification.
Some development skills to create quick prototypes or proof-of-concept work.
Understanding of AI agent development and integration; not a pure developer role.
Ability to discuss and shape AI agent solutions with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Support North America with development and integration of AI agents.
Contribute to proofs of concepts, demos and quick developments for AI agents.
Engage with customers and partners to define best implementation approaches.
Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Identify AI agent use cases and translate them into practical solutions.
Collaborate with sales, technical and vendor teams on AI opportunities.
Share knowledge and learnings on emerging AI agent topics with teams.
Explain technical concepts clearly in customer-facing conversations.
Stay aware of developments in Microsoft AI technologies and security.
