Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Microsoft AI Engineer - CCoE, NA to help clients and partners across North America with AI agent development, integration, and delivery using Microsoft technologies. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, contribute to proofs of concept, and guide stakeholders on Copilot-related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of AI agent development and integration.
• Ability to create quick prototypes or proof-of-concept work.

Responsibilities

• Support North America with development and integration of AI agents.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and quick developments showcasing AI agents.
• Engage with customers and partners to define implementation approaches for AI agents.
• Guide stakeholders on Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities (Copilot, Copilot Studio).
• Identify relevant AI use cases and translate into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and vendor teams to support AI opportunities.
