Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft AI Engineer to support North America in developing, integrating, and implementing AI agents. You will translate customer needs into practical AI solutions, contribute to proofs-of-concept, and guide stakeholders on Microsoft technologies to deliver effective AI outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers across countries, with a focus on rapid prototype development and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and related tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio required.
• Ability to create quick prototypes or use quick-development approaches for proofs-of-concept.

Responsibilities

• Support partners, internal teams and end customers across North America with the development and integration of AI agents.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, demos and quick developments for AI agents.
• Engage with customers/partners to understand business needs and define implementation approaches for AI agents.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Help identify AI agent use cases and translate into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and vendor teams on AI opportunities.
• Share knowledge and best practices on emerging AI topics with teams and partners.
• Explain technical concepts clearly in customer-facing conversations.
• Stay updated on Microsoft AI tech, security, and broader AI landscape.
