Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft AI Engineer - CCoE, NA to support partners, internal teams and end customers across North America with AI agents. You will translate customer needs into practical solutions, contribute to proofs of concept and quick developments, and guide stakeholders on how Microsoft technologies can be used to deliver effective AI agent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI agent tech required.
• Ability to create quick prototypes or vibe coding for PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Support North America partners, internal teams and customers with AI agent development and integration.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, demos and quick developments demonstrating AI agent value.
• Engage with customers to define best implementation approaches for AI agents.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and related AI capabilities.
• Help identify AI agent use cases and translate them into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and vendor teams to support AI opportunities.
