Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Microsoft AI Engineer to support North America with the development, integration and implementation of AI agents. You will translate customer needs into practical solutions and contribute to proofs of concept and quick developments.

You will guide stakeholders on Microsoft technologies, including Copilot and Copilot Studio, engage with partners and customers to define implementation approaches, share best practices, and stay current on AI technology and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI agent technologies.
• Willingness to obtain Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer.
• Understanding of AI agent development and integration.
• Ability to discuss and shape AI agent solutions with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support North America with the development and integration of AI agents.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, demos and quick developments.
• Engage in customer and partner discussions to define implementation approaches.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio and related capabilities.
• Help partners identify AI agent use cases and translate them into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners on AI opportunities.
• Share knowledge and best practices on emerging AI agent topics.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to customers and maintain awareness of Microsoft AI developments and security.
