Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering. You will own architecture across multiple systems, ship high-volume AI solutions, and develop data pipelines and governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive writing, and hands-on implementation across healthcare data products. The ideal candidate has 6+ years and experience with end-to-end ownership, cloud platforms, and safe, auditable AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting ML models and AI-driven applications.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics solutions, and intelligent automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps, workflows, and processes.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new AI tech to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle.
