Job summary

Frog Street is seeking an AI Implementation & Enablement Lead to drive how we apply AI across the organization. The role blends strategy with hands‑on execution, partnering across departments to identify opportunities, build first solutions, and establish infrastructure and standards to scale responsibly.

The role will start with product and expand across Frog Street as we prove what works, including leading workshops, coaching champions, and delivering practical training for broader adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI implementations.
• Experience leading workshops and building communities of practice with technical and non-technical participants.
• Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions and scalable approaches.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and deployment at scale (version control, CI/CD, testing).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and privacy considerations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI opportunities and build/implement scalable solutions.
• Establish reusable AI infrastructure, plugins, integrations, and governance patterns.
• Develop and drive the AI enablement roadmap and investment justification.
• Coach AI champions and run practical training, workshops, and playbooks.
• Define adoption metrics and measure business impact to guide strategy.
