Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Strategist within frog-driven engagements to independently own business, product, and experience strategy workstreams. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, and Program Managers to translate customer insights into meaningful business value and market-ready strategies.

You’ll combine AI literacy with market intelligence and foresight to identify growth, shape differentiated offerings, and guide go-to-market decisions in an AI-first

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and innovation, product management, or related fields.
• Experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering high-quality recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
• Familiarity with applying AI, analytics or other emerging technologies to research and strategy.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workstreams, establishing the approach, managing deliverables, and providing clear strategic direction.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-enabled techniques to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and emerging tech to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies, value propositions, business models, and experiences addressing client objectives.
• Translate opportunities into tangible product and experience directions and roadmaps.
• Evaluate potential impact through market sizing, revenue, pricing analysis, and business-case development.
• Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
