Job summary

frog is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products for engagements. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution, and act as the senior product voice for clients at VP/Head of Product level.

You will lead the development of product strategy, lifecycle execution, and cross-functional collaboration while growing frog's influence and capabilities in AI/GenAI and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience with strategic ownership and team leadership.
• Ownership of product strategy and go-to-market for major product lines or 0-to-1 launches.
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing other Product Managers or Consultants.
• Proven business development contributions: proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth.
• Executive-level presence: ability to advise VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep fluency in Agile/lean product operating models, including internal adoption.
• Experience directing AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities within a product strategy or roadmap.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for an engagement, aligning objectives with customer needs.
• Direct product lifecycle execution across multiple workstreams.
• Set product frameworks and methodologies and adapt to client context.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, and researchers.
• Resolve ambiguity and handle escalations at high-stakes levels.
• Advocate for the customer at the strategic level using research and data.
• Develop product talent by coaching Product Managers and Consultants.
• Drive business development through proposals and account growth.
• Build frog's external presence with thought leadership and client leadership settings.
• Own AI/GenAI strategy and adoption within the engagement's roadmap.
