Job summary

Frog is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, definition, and delivery of both physical and digital products within client engagements. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution, while guiding other Product Managers and consultants.

You will manage senior client relationships, shape product roadmaps, and drive revenue growth and thought leadership in AI/GenAI. A dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management with strategic ownership and leadership.
• Track record of owning product strategy and go-to-market for a major product line or 0-to-1 launch.
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing other Product Managers or Consultants.
• Contributed to proposals, SOW shaping, or account growth in a consulting context.
• Strong strategic thinking, concepting, and data analysis skills; portfolio of senior work.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Vision for an engagement and defend the roadmap with senior client stakeholders.
• Direct accountability for full product lifecycle across engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Set product frameworks, prioritization, and Agile approaches for client context.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Resolve high-stakes ambiguity and escalations affecting product delivery.
• Advocate for customer-centric strategy using user research and market data.
