About the Role
Frog Street is looking for an AI Implementation & Enablement Lead to build and scale how we use AI across the organization.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can move between strategy and implementation: identifying valuable opportunities, building the first solutions, establishing the infrastructure and standards behind them, and helping teams develop the capability to apply AI themselves.
The role will begin with Product and expand across Frog Street as we prove what works.
What You'll Do
- Build & Implement. This hands‑on lead partners across departments and business teams to identify high‑value opportunities, build and implement AI solutions, and establish the shared infrastructure, standards, and governance needed to scale responsibly.
- Create the Shared Foundation. You’ll establish reusable AI infrastructure and standards - including skills and plugins, integrations, context and workflow patterns, review gates, and implementation practices - so every team doesn’t have to start from scratch.
- Set direction. You’ll develop and drive the AI enablement roadmap, prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk, and readiness, and help leadership understand the resources and investments required to execute it.
- Build Responsible AI Practices. In partnership with Data Governance and other stakeholders, you’ll establish practical standards for privacy, student data, intellectual property, model selection, quality, and human review.
- Teach, Guide, & Enable. Build AI capability across teams by coaching designated AI champions and providing practical training, workshops, office hours, playbooks, and a community of practice. Help champions identify opportunities, support colleagues, and increasingly implement AI‑enabled workflows within shared standards so successful approaches and lessons can spread across Frog Street.
- Measure Impact & Drive Adoption. Define practical measures of adoption, capability and business impact; use results to refine the approach and help leadership understand progress, risks and resource needs.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, analytical, or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, automation, digital transformation, software development, solutions adoption, AI implementation, or related work, including significant recent experience implementing applied AI solutions in production or real-world business workflows
- Experience creating and leading workshops, training staff, building communities of practice with nontechnical and technical participants
- Demonstrated experience in applied AI implementation, including AI workflows, integrations, reusable components (agents, plugins, etc.), and quality/review practices
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs and workflows into practical AI‑enabled solutions and establishing scalable implementation approaches and standards
- Experience with software lifecycle for deployment at scale (i.e., version control, git, CI/CD, testing)
- Responsible‑AI, privacy, or related credentials are a plus
- Consulting, transformation, or internal advisory experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong cross‑functional and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, coach, teach, and build alignment across technical and non‑technical teams
- Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, data protection, intellectual property, quality, human oversight, and appropriate governance
- Ability to move effectively between strategy and hands‑on implementation, from evaluating and prioritizing use cases to building and scaling solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts, opportunities, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives, business leaders, technical stakeholders, and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and organizational change, including building capability through champion networks, training, communities of practice, or other distributed enablement approaches
- Strong business judgment and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, readiness, risk, and scalability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving technology environment, learning and adapting as AI tools, capabilities, and practices continue to change
What Success Looks Like
By the end of the first year, success isn’t measured by how many AI projects you personally built. We'll know the model is working when Frog Street has:
- Valuable AI implementations operating in real workflows
- A reusable shared foundation teams can build upon
- Clear standards for responsible AI implementation
- Active AI champions who can support and increasingly enable their own teams
- Successful workflows and patterns spreading rather than being repeatedly reinvented
- Evidence that teams are becoming more capable of applying AI independently
If you like building things, figuring out what works, teaching others what you've learned, and turning those lessons into something an entire organization can use, we'd like to talk.
Location & Travel
- Office, home‑office remote work allowed
- Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or trainings, customer or user engagement, planning sessions, or other business needs
