Qualifications

• Background in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.
• Experience building API integrations or automation scripts.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and security risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and support lightweight AI tools, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement guardrails for employee-led AI experimentation.
• Scale successful prototypes into formal business solutions.
• Develop API wrappers, automation scripts, and small services.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Partner with teams to drive adoption and process improvement.
• Evaluate cost, complexity, and business value for each solution.
