Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to join our AI Enablement team. You will embed with business teams to understand current workflows and reimagine them with AI, building repeatable patterns and reusable proof-of-concepts that teams can extend themselves.

In the near term, you’ll support the rollout of enterprise AI tools across the organization, tackling onboarding and adoption. The role blends engineering depth with business fluency and a product mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering background with ability to prototype and script integrations.
• Ability to design reusable patterns and self-service tools for teams.
• Strong communication skills to guide non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design and build proof-of-concept integrations and reusable patterns.
• Roll out enterprise AI tools and enable adoption across the organization.
• Create connectors, templates, prompts, and reference builds for reuse.
