Job summary

Revalize, a leading manufacturing tech company, is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer in the United States. You will build and deploy AI-powered tools and agents, integrating with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365, while aligning with security and governance standards.

The role spans scoping, development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement, working with stakeholders and senior engineers to translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years building software (internships, academic, or professional projects counted).
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with REST APIs and a modern frontend framework (React with TypeScript).
• 1+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure (certifications a plus).
• Experience in LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks, and workflow/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate).
• Understanding LLM fundamentals: RAG, embeddings, structured extraction, prompt design, and human-review judgment.
• Eager to progress in ambiguous situations and ask good questions.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues; writes documentation others can use.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents: integrations, workflows, services, and lightweight interfaces.
• Operate what you ship: monitor health, investigate incidents, support internal users under guidance.
• Develop integrations between AI systems and enterprise platforms (CRM like Salesforce, Microsoft 365).
• Develop LLM pipelines: retrieval, structured extraction, scoring logic, prompts, and validation before prod use.
• Review AI tool outputs with code-generated results; ensure production quality.
• Follow security-first practices: least privilege, service accounts, audit logging.
• Translate requests from stakeholders into shippable tools.
