Phantom Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to shape how AI is adopted and scaled across the company. This hands-on role focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical, reliable solutions that drive business impact.

You'll partner with teams to build AI-powered workflows, design integrations with internal systems, and maintain the infrastructure that supports secure, scalable AI applications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production applications or services.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open source models.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions: design and deploy AI-powered tools and automation across the organization.
• Develop AI integrations: connect LLMs with internal systems and enterprise tools.
• Own AI infrastructure: maintain services and integrations supporting AI applications.
• Enable AI adoption: translate business needs into technical solutions for teams.
• Build for scale: create reusable components and tooling for AI workflows.
• Ensure security and reliability: implement access controls, monitoring, and observability.
• Optimize AI usage: monitor performance, usage, and costs to improve outcomes.
• Drive innovation: evaluate new models/frameworks and bring capabilities to production.
