Job summary

Sagility, a global healthcare technology and transformation services company, seeks a Senior Full-stack Developer to own critical features end-to-end. You will develop in C#/.NET and Angular with TypeScript, design SQL data models, and deploy on Azure.

Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping production web applications.
Deep server-side C#/.NET expertise.

Familiar with AI development tools (Copilot/Claude Code) in practice.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead developer on Forecast and Harvest, covering architecture and key implementations.
Enhance products with AI-enabled features in collaboration with AI/tech teams.
Build and ship end-to-end features from database to API to Angular front end.
Adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards for health data.
Drive code quality, testing, release practices, and performance.
Own production quality and reporting cycles for clients.
