Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Director of Web & Digital Marketing to own the entire digital presence, including the website, paid media, and visibility. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, emphasizing AI-native approaches and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops.

You will drive website redesigns, define the digital stack, ensure security and privacy compliance across regions, and translate performance into actionable plans for leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital marketing with ownership of SEO/AEO/GEO, website strategy, paid media, and conversion optimization.
• AI-native approach with ability to leverage AI for velocity, creativity, and execution.
• Experience rebuilding digital infrastructure in close partnership with Marketing Ops.
• Led a full website redesign with strong design sensibility and cross-functional alignment.
• Security, GDPR/consent compliance, and data privacy across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the BigPanda website as a business asset, driving performance, design, evolution, and pipeline contribution.
• Own AI-native digital strategy, visibility, and content strategy across surfaces.
• Set and own paid media strategy with a focus on ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Ensure security posture and governance across regions, vendor reviews, and compliance.
• Translate digital performance into strategic leadership-level insights and real-time reporting.
• Rethink execution models to be more agile and AI-enabled with external partners.
