Catalyst IQ in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to lead delivery across digital advertising, SEO, and website services for our capital equipment clients.

You’ll build scalable processes, govern quality, and drive AI-enabled insights and reporting with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll manage cross‑functional teams, partner with product and strategy leaders, and mentor staff while maintaining client trust and operational excellence in a remote, high‑growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, finance or related quantitative field.
• Minimum five years in digital marketing with paid advertising and/or SEO.
• Proven management experience leading a team of digital marketing specialists.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and ability to translate data into narratives.
• Solid analytics foundation with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
• Process builder: created or improved workflows and reporting templates.
• AI fluency and experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows.
• Curiosity; adaptability; calm under pressure; some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital advertising, SEO, and website services for clients.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and SOPs as the client book grows.
• Provide clear performance reporting and client communications.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and reporting templates for scale.
• Track metrics like on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
