Job summary

Bitly Inc. is seeking a Director of Website Strategy to own two major websites, drive non-paid growth, and scale AI-powered initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams across SEO, CRO, and content to grow traffic, signups, and revenue.

The role demands a data-driven mindset and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will champion AI adoption, implement reporting with AI-assisted insights, and partner with engineering and revenue teams to automate analytics.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience developing and executing website strategy and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of website analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated success in driving traffic, improving user experience, and optimizing signup rates for qualified traffic in a Product Led environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable operating in a remote-working environment and owning key success metrics.
Actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, reporting, and strategic analysis.
Growth mindset toward AI adoption and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and scale our website strategy across Bitly brands; drive qualified traffic and growth.
Own traffic from non-paid channels and drive signups to revenue.
Scope org design and KPIs for non-paid acquisition; lead website development, CRO, and AEO teams.
Collaborate with brand and content teams to align with growth goals and brand vision.
Own SEO and AEO strategy across product pages, blog, and help center content.
