Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across North America. You will build robust talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and apply AI tools to enhance sourcing and productivity.

Work with technology leaders to define role profiles, advise on market conditions, and continuously improve hiring outcomes, all while ensuring an inclusive, candidate-centric experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience including proactive sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting within a SaaS or cloud software environment.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and hire specialized AI talent.
• Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, social sourcing, and targeted outreach.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting analytics, and pipeline data to manage hiring activity.
• Strong communication, judgment, and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America.
• Build high-quality technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Source passive candidates using Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn, talent databases, and social platforms.
• Apply AI tools to improve talent research, sourcing, and recruiting productivity.
• Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and advise on market conditions.
