Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across North America. You will build pipelines, source passive candidates, and apply AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring outcomes.

You will partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and influence hiring decisions, using market intelligence to shape talent strategies and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proactive sourcing.
• Experience recruiting in a SaaS/cloud software environment.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and hire AI talent.
• Experience hiring across software engineering, cloud, data, and product roles.
• Proficiency with AI tools applied to recruiting, sourcing, or market intelligence.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn, social sourcing and targeted outreach.
• Ability to influence recruiting strategy with technical leaders.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting analytics to manage activity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for technical roles across North America.
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and communities.
• Source passive candidates using Boolean search, Findem.ai, LinkedIn and databases.
• Apply AI tools to improve talent research, market mapping and engagement.
• Partner with technical leaders to define talent profiles and strategy.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a compelling candidate experience to attract top talent.
