Job summary

Procurify is a remote-first procurement platform designed for mid-market organizations. We seek a Level 2 Architect to lead the self-serve ecosystem, tackle complex configurations, and provide expert technical support.

You’ll handle high-priority tickets, document bugs for the product roadmap, and build AI-ready documentation plus automated support workflows. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in technical SaaS support, with Jira, SSO and API experience, and a passion for AI-driven process

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in technical customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems, Jira, SSO, API integrations, and data migration.
• Strong builder mindset with an interest in AI and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex inbound tickets via email and live chat, leading high-priority troubleshooting calls.
• Bridge customer feedback to product roadmap by documenting bugs and insights.
• Create AI-ready documentation and automate support workflows with AI tools.
