Job summary

Extend is seeking a technically adept professional to lead post-sales implementations for merchants. You will engage in deep technical discovery, own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, and establish cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Product teams to close gaps and ensure durable integrations.

The ideal candidate will own QA, API integrations, and documentation, while identifying AI opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-live across the merchant portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Specialist.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical implementations from scoping to go-live.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical implementation conversations with merchants and translate findings into a clear path forward.
• Own the technical onboarding experience from kickoff to go-live with cross-functional teams.
• Document merchant onboardings with architecture diagrams, API inventories, and integration specs.
