Qualifications

• 6+ years of Microsoft stack development experience.
• Proven experience leading software development projects and teams.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum) and PM tools.
• Experience with SDLC and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience developing full‑stack apps with React and .NET/C#.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• OOP and SQL Server development knowledge.
• Understanding secure software development practices and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and coaches team; participates in hiring and evaluations.
• Delivers results for development timelines, quality, uptime, and retention.
• Manages SDLC processes and release management; ensures best practices.
• Oversees site enhancements, architecture, and security alignment.
• Mentors team; conducts code reviews, including contract resources.
• Collaborates with architects, security and product teams on feature delivery.
• Balances technical and business needs; communicates with stakeholders.
