Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers and Technical Leads with regular feedback and career development.
- Build team capability through capability planning, learning, and onboarding.
- Own sustainable delivery environment with staffing, risk, and workflow management.
- Translate AI strategy into team objectives, risks, and work intake for engineers and leaders.
- Develop AI platform capabilities spanning agents, semantic engineering, and data pipelines.
