Rula is a remote-first company seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, manage the Zip platform, drive spend analytics, ensure budget alignment, and create auditable renewal tracking to prevent auto-renewals or lapses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience with focus on strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Strong spend analysis, financial modeling, and alignment with budgets.
• Collaborative work with Legal, Privacy, AI, Security, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle from intake to contract renewal.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate vendor contracts for fair pricing and strong service levels.
• Oversee Zip procurement platform improvements, optimizing intake routing and approval speed.
