The Canton Group is actively seeking an early-career Business Development & Proposal Coordinator to help find new government and commercial opportunities, coordinate responses with teaming partners, and support proposal writing and submission. You will also maintain our HubSpot CRM and explore AI workflows to speed up research and drafting.

Formación

• 1–3 years in proposal coordination or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Claude AI for research and drafting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor procurement portals and bid boards to identify new RFPs and RFIs.
• Coordinate proposal responses with teaming partners and subcontractors.
• Build relationships with partners and clients through regular check-ins.
• Organize proposal responses with compliance matrices and schedules.
• Draft sections of proposals and maintain reusable content libraries.
• Format, assemble, and submit final proposal packages on time.
• Keep HubSpot up to date with opportunities, contacts, and deadlines.
• Use Claude and AI tools daily to speed up research and drafting, reviewing outputs for accuracy.
