Bodewell Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support proposal development, research, and marketing initiatives. This entry-level role will assist with preparing proposals, coordinating materials, and supporting business development activities while collaborating with teams across the company.

The hybrid role is based in San Diego with three days onsite each week, offering opportunities to learn and apply AI technologies in developing client

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, comms, PR, journalism, English or business.
• Zero to two years of related experience preferred; internships and coursework count.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and coordinate proposal materials (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs).
• Track proposal deadlines, schedules, submission requirements, and outstanding materials.
• Gather content from internal teams to support proposals.
• Draft, edit, and proofread basic proposal content and resumes.
• Format proposal documents, presentations, and other BD materials.
• Coordinate with Creative team for graphics and visuals.
• Research prospective clients, industry trends, and competitors.
