Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• End-to-end delivery across concept to launch.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and AI patterns.
• Evidence of automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Telemetry, debugging, reliability, and incident response ownership.
• Experience turning evidence into better product decisions.
• Clear specifications, maintainable code, and sound trade-offs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid office setting.

• Start with the user and understand real workflows with domain experts.
• Test assumptions quickly using concise specifications and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and outputs.
• Build the evidence system with automated evaluations for usefulness and safety.
• Instrument user journeys to link adoption with system behavior and cost.
• Ensure responsible use with clear permissions, data handling, and recovery.
• Release incrementally, monitor live behavior, and improve through incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing quality, speed, and cost.
• Share reusable patterns while being accountable for performance.
