We The Flywheel is hiring an Agentic Operations Coordinator, an entry-level role that keeps several workstreams moving by directing AI rather than doing tasks by hand. You’ll build websites and small apps, guide AI agents through multi-step workflows, and spot growth opportunities to ship quickly.

Fully remote — work from anywhere with the founding team, using AI daily to ship faster and smarter than traditional approaches.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role (L1) with no strict degree requirement.
• Experience shipping small web things, even no-code/AI-built, is a plus.
• Comfortable in async, remote-first environments.

Responsibilities

• Build small things — landing pages, simple web apps, internal tools — by guiding AI agents.
• Direct and verify AI agents through multi-step tasks, catch errors and blockers.
• Find growth and distribution openings and turn them into shipped work.
• Coordinate competing workstreams and keep priorities clear.
• Document repeatable workflows for AI or the next teammate.
